Sub-contract for larger firms to perform office and industrial ergonomics.

Direct contract for employers.
- Will review injury recordables, then ergonomically assess most appropriate positions, then provide recommendations and solutions.
- Will work company-wide or one-on-one with employees.
- Will train classes of up to 25 at a time for office ergonomics, back prevention training, proper lifting, customized classes.

Direct contract for employees. Just ask your employer or physician for recommendation.

Clinicians may bill insurance CPT code #97537 for $55/15 minute unit.
- If a clinician sees ergonomic intervention appropriate, just attain insurance or WC approval, contact me, then I will perform and provide an ergonomic assessment report to you. Or, you may bill your patient directly. After the job is done, your clinic compensates me at a rate lower than your insurance or patient reimbursement.
  - Your clinic provides an additional patient service and increases it's revenues.

On-line ergonomic assessment. Send your pics or videos to me and I'll write up an assessment and provide recommendations. I'll work with you to come up with solutions. Just ask.
